When someone has bad breath, everyone they speak to knows it. The person who is afflicted can see it in the eyes of their friends and acquaintances and in the quick reactions of the people they meet. Mint leaves are often quite small, so they’re easy to pop in your mouth and place underneath your tongue. You don’t need to chew on or eat the mint leaf. Just leave it under your tongue for a few minutes and take it back out. Your breath will be much fresher and you’re likely to produce more saliva. You can grow your own mint leaf plant to use at home.

8. Apple cider vinegar:

 Drinking a few sips of apple cider vinegar will ensure you don’t have to hold your breath in a crowd. Apple cider vinegar is a great option for balancing the PH levels in your mouth, which means it can successfully remedy bad breath. You can take this on its own or add a few spoonful’s to water. Taking it before your meal will mean you’re less likely to suffer from bad breath after eating and it can help your digestive system too.

9. Cinnamon:

 Regular mouth wash not working for you? Try cinnamon as a home remedy for bad breath instead. Add one spoonful of cinnamon, a bay leaf and some cardamom seeds to hot water and let it rest for a few minutes. Strain the mixture and use what’s left as a mouthwash.
